1. How to order: 1.1. How can I order fabric samples? How long does it take to receive the samples?
Order fabric samples is very easy! Send us your request to export@textiles.vip, specify your full address, contact details, and the types of fabrics you would like to receive. We send free samples; you only pay only the transportation cost. We ship the 0,5 kg package via international courier services such as DHL or TNT or similar. Payment for transport services is possible via Western Union, as well as by Bank transfer. Delivery time depends on the chosen courier and varies from 2 to 10 days.
1.2. How do I place an order?
Send us a message to export@textiles.vip, indicating the type of product you are interested in, its quantity, fabric density, model, color, size, and other parameters that describe the product. Our sales team will provide you with information about prices, MOQ and production lead time. Check out our fabrics and ready product we may offer in our catalogue.
1.3. What is the minimum order quantity?
The Minimum order quantity depends on the type of products. We are happy to offer customized production of fabrics and finished garments in small quantities directly from the factory: Fabrics for printing-from 200 kg, Digital printed fabrics-from 200 kg, 50 kg per design or style, Fabrics for towels – from 500 kg per towel size, Fabrics for bathrobes – from 300 kg, 100 kg per color, Towels with printing – from 300 pcs per size and style, Bathrobes and ponchos – from 300 pcs, 100 PCs / model, color and size.

1.4. How long does it take to produce fabric/robes/towels? What is the normal production time for regular production?
The production lead time depends on the specific type of product. Standard types of fabric – from 2 to 4 weeks. Printed fabrics – from 2 to 4 weeks. Fabrics of individual design and composition – from 5 to 7 weeks. Ready-made bathrobes, towels or ponchos – from 5 to 7 weeks.
1.5. What are your shipping alternatives? Do you ship to my country? How long is the delivery time?
We ship worldwide in cooperation with logistic companies who may deliver to any country our customer wants. Having information about delivery address, volume and weight of the products we collect offers from few sources to select the most effective for our customer in terms of cost, speed and level of service.
1.6. What are the dimensions of fabric roll, what is the weight of 1 roll?
Standard weight of the roll is 25 kg. Per customer request we customize packaging – for 15 to 30 kg. On average, our rolls are 40 cm in diameter and 160 cm length. To calculate volume for shipment we use formul: 0,4 x 0,4 x 1,6 = 0,256 cub.m. per roll.
1.7. How many meters in 1 kg of fabric?
The length of the roll depends on the fabric dencity (gram pe square metre) and width (cm). In order to find out the number of running meters in 1 kg of fabric, you need to divide weight by density and width: For example, the fabric density is 300 g/sq. m. (GSM), the width is 160 cm. 1 kg/ (fabric density/1000) / (width/100) = 1/ (330/100)/(160/100) = 2,08 running meters in 1 kg, meaning that there are 52 metres in 25 kg roll. The length of the fabric in roll can vary from 30 to 50 kg, depending on the customer’s packaging requirements.
1.8. What types of customization you can make?
We make full cycle – from fabric manufacturing till redy garment packaging. As a fabric manufacturer we can knit fabrics with different yarns, like cotton, bamboo, tencel, modal, microfiber, vary width, density and colour. There are different methods of dyeing and finishing. When needed fabric might be dyed with special method making towels and robes resistant to heavy washing cycles and high washing temperature. We make printing on cotton and polyesyer fabrics, embossing, jacquard pattern knitting and embroidery. For ready made products, like bathrobes, ponchos or towels we offer full customization. Each project is inique. We use standard or custom-made models with required sizes, colours, printing, accessories, labels and packaging.

1.9. What certificates does your terry cloth have?
All our fabrics are certified with OEKO-TEX 100 100, 1st class meaning that our fabrics are suitable for babies 0+. We are ready to provide certificate by request.
1.10. What is the price per unit?
Price depends on product specs: type of fabric, gsm, color, model, size, accessories, packaging, label requirements and quantity needed. 2. Sublimation printing:
2.1. Can you print different patterns on the fabric?
Yes, of cause. We manufacture the fabrics for digital rotary or sublimation printing. Having our own printing capacity, we offer any type of customization for printing on terry fabrics. Both options are possible – we can print the image you provide us or we can create the new one considering your concept and style.
2.2. What fabrics are suitable for sublimation printing?

2.3. Do you print on T-shirts?
No. We print on the terry towelling or plain polyester fabrics, stitching ready terry garments by customer request.
